Bags from Sew on Fire

Sew on Fire has been a partner for a couple of years now in welcoming new arrivals and refugees in the City of Hamilton. Wendy Hagar who is the founder, together with her hardworking volunteers had provided welcome baskets to individuals and families alike who came to the city. They are doing a great ministry by sending bags full of different useful stuffs of every thing you can think of to its recipients from the third world countries.

With our mission trips to Thailand and the Philippines, Wendy will be preparing four hockey bags full of different stuffs to be given to needy children, men and women alike whom we are going to minister to in Manila and also at the Karen Refugee Camp located in the border of Thailand and Myanmar.

Our mission team is excited to help out with bags preparation in the evening of June 23rd.

HIBC 1st Short-Term Mission Team

HIBC is proud to announce the first short-term mission team it organized who will be going to Thailand and Philippines on July 14-31, 2008.
